I have been a chef since I was 15 and I love to cook fresh & healthier food bursting with flavour!
 

I have spent many years working within the music industry in the UK & Europe providing Artist & Crew Catering backstage at many live music events and tours with world famous musicians and bands such as Brittney Spears, Faithless, Iron Maiden, Slipknot and most recently Hozier!

A lifetime of working in the music industry as well as being an Executive Head Chef of a Premier League Football club has inspired my passion for creating nutritionally balanced meals that are packed full of flavour!

I am also qualified teacher & assessor of Catering & Hospitality qualifications and have a great passion for educational reform and aspire to grow our business in a socially responsible manner, through collaboration with educational establishments and individual students to improve lives and communities.

POLLITO LOCO is a unique business striving to become zero waste and sustainable, over 85% of our menu is prepared and cooked in house, all of our crazy delicious sauces are produced from scratch using whole spices & fresh ingredients.  We have a great eye for detail and understand the need to produce a menu that offers delicious chicken & vegan delights suited to the majority which is why we have worked really hard to ensure that over 65% of our menu is GLUTEN FREE and prepare our food safely, catering for all special dietary needs.
